    Buy and Read Peter's book, "Now I Am Known" by Peter Mutabazi. It explain his whole life until now.

    I think when Peter decided to pull away from his family it was the turning point which started creating new neurological pathways in his brain which opened himself up to the miracle he encountered

    Peter was ten years old when he went to live on the streets. For a year and a half a man gave him food every Monday making him eleven and a half by then. The same man paid for him to go to school, after another year and half invited Peter to be a part of his family making him thirteen years old at that time. Why did he not have a pair of shoes until he was sixteen years old. It doesn’t make sense to me.

      Maybe not shoes. He would have gotten sandals. This is not a satirical comment. In developing and tropical countries shoes are a luxury, not necessity mainly due to the hot weather. In smaller villages, people walking with barefeet is pretty common.
