Personally I took his line as normal because Modi and his people never accepted that 2002 riots were failure of Modi as a CM of the state. Instead of accepting the bitter truth they always tried to manipulate the ground reality and losses of people in riots of Gujarat. Term that Varun often uses in his performances are not just based on past but also on the ongoing reality of society or politics. Personally I took his line as normal because Modi and his people never accepted that 2002 riots were failure of Modi as a CM of the state. Instead of accepting the bitter truth they always tried to manipulate the ground reality and losses of people in riots of Gujarat. Here i'm not being a lawyer for Varun Grover but I feel his words as mine own.
