I watch a lot of these and I must say this is the best house I’ve seen. Simple looking, unique to the others I’ve seen, cozy looking , and I love the arch. It looks like a giant ranch with maybe a bottom floor below? It’s just gorgeous!!!!!!!
Agree with Melthom7855! One of the better houses I have seen! Rooms are spacious without being stupid big and wasteful. Areas are functional and give an intimate and cozy feeling to each. An amazing use of space with both top and bottom backyard areas. You can separate adults from kids, yet have the kids in view. I can't say enough about roof which is appealing without being crazy steep should it need repair. I would have like to have seen the front more and the garage as well as the many features listed in the description above. Only hope they live up to the areas in the video!
The widespread use of drones is still in its early stages. Like all new technologies we tend to get carried away with experimentation and the "art" of it. For instance, early 80s music and the rise of keyboards/gated reverb/sound effects/electonic drum. Think Art of Noise. BTW-what we saw of the house, other than the yard was awesome!!!

I like the size of each room it's very large. But in my opinion this house is a teardown. It has a very outdated look from the 1980s and most Developers would tell the owners let's tear it down and build something new, then you can make more money off of that.
@Jonathan Rose Yes all true. To me the look and style is a mix between an older church from the 1980's, an older gym / Recreational Center or outdated country club, and a house all in one. I'm sure the owners would prefer to just sell it and get it off their hands as quickly as possible. But I guarantee with the land it sits on a developer has probably already had conversations with the current and previous owner about tearing it down and building something really special. Rather than continuing to give the old structure a face lift every few years. And then at the end of the day it still looks the same.
