Btw Nick, invulnerability is set on by default which is why you didnt take damage. its in the gameplay if you decide you want to play again

This game is like the dinosaurs of Jurassic Park, they found the basic DNA in the tree sap (R-Factor 2) and then completed the sequence with Frog DNA (NASCAR Ignition)
What we end up with is a hybrid of two polar opposite specimens that wind up even more terrifying than the original.
TLDR: Everything wrong with Ignition still shows up here. Just with a potentially physics model if it ever actually worked

This game has literally nothing in common with NASCAR Ignition.
That game was done by a different studio that took some underlinings of rF2 engine and made an absolute piece of crap.
This on the other hand has massive UI issues, but the core gameplay is absolutely phenomenal. rF2 with new content was already really good and this improves significantly in every area.
Comparing it to a lazy arcade game made by a completely different dev studio is just a massive L.
It will never be a Ar12 video without nick having a skill issue

How high did you turn the AI to? If it's at 100% they actually behave pretty decent.

personal i welcome a le mans game but its need to be made right and work and i love to see a historic campaign so we could drive cars from 1930 to ford vs ferrari in 1960 i think that would be awesome
Just make higher difficulty! I just watched the video where AI was a VERY fast! It took 24 minutes for 3d place with only 1 mistake.

So basicly Forza Motorsport when it launched a few months ago ( or even today idk )
Its more like Assetto Corsa Competizione at launch (just a hotlap simualator with multiplayer), but less saveable given the developer's track record.

Well one good reason to play this over iRacing is how expensive iRacing gets. On top of the subscription the tracks and cars are very expensive,
But the service/product itself is great and the evolution of the sim is non-stop. You get what you pay for.

@@kyperactive I think they do but I believe they are considered separate still. It's kinda a weird area. You look up that studio theres no mention of Motorsport Games. Either way my personal opinion is the game has some huge potential. Reviews of it are showing to be very positive

Bro forget it’s an early access and there is damage you just gonna turn it on
compared to forza motorsport this is really fantastic force feedback expirience despite all issues this game has got. i still cannot stay online for the whole race without a game crash but still i believe the game has huge potential. but AI with aggresive 50% is just knocking you out of the track like you were not on the track as soon you‘re in their racing ideal line. but when you on difficult 100% ai and press „I“ for AI driving in single mode - your AI car is going to send it to the 1st place leaving all cars behind. quite great to learn how to drive :) i‘m not refunding. will give this title a chance and wair for the fixes. it also uses too much resources. Le Mans track usw sooo much memory… around 17/18/20gb of memory which is crazy. but still it feels great - thumbs up from me as well.
I think this is the only TH-camr that is big, speaks the truth because Motorsportgames is running out of money and also there is even better alternatives, I think LFM is running 24h or iRacing does them also has a bigger community and not soooo many problems

Releasing the game early, was more than enough to scare me off. Early access is always a crutch used to cover for the shit devs pull. So little content, so many bugs. Very rough start for LMU. MAYBE i'll come back and check it out in a year, but like AMS2, a shitty rushed launch is a great way to make everyone steer clear.

Nascar 21 Misfire.
They made nascar 21 ignition which is regarded as the worst nascar game ever 3 years later the AI is horrible and buggy the career mode is horrible and the driving and physics are iffy do not buy the Le mans game it will be a waste of money.
They bought out the r factor devs and created some mediocre to awful nascar games and had a huge amount of exclusive licenses which is why the WEC branded le mans hypercars rarely appear in other racing games (the only one I know being forza motorsport with the #2 cadillac v series.r).
If Nick is involved, there is always going to be issues. That is all

It is now July 2024 - Well with the latest patch update - is it a good better game now?
I am not getting this game with only 7 tracks - that is ridiculous. This game is too limited. Doesn't even hava official VR support yet - at least I don't think so.
Plus I have RFactor 2 game that provides me with the same tracks and some GT cars. Why then do I need this game - I don't.
If they sell this game for 5-10 dollars, I may get it in the future just for VR. Disgusting game.

Does this narrator even acknowledge that it is a Beta and therefore Is in the making and not the finished product. Everybody that subscribed and bought right now are more or less testers. I have no issues with this concept. None whatsoever I expect clause to be worked out overtime. And being A beta expect tuning to come so chill and provide feedback in a positive way. Will make the overall experience better overtime. From the three hours I spent so far it’s not bad. Mr. narrator the fine art of being subjective. Hey, look you seem like a nice guy how about applying a little maturity.
Lets face it, this game is too limited to only 7 tracks and 3 categories of cars and no 3rd party modding. I don't like doing long races or this type of online/offline racing, and the game has no VR right now. Plus I do not follow Le Mans WEC racing but I do have these tracks in other great racing games to drive which have allot more vehicle content. So I will do my offline Le Mans racing in my current games I have with more cars of my choosing.
I will look at this game later this year and see what state it is in and if it is on sale on STEAM. I feel Le Mans game will get very boring very quickly with its limitations.
I do have RFactor and RFactor 2 games and are much more enjoyable, more content.
