It’s not rare so I don’t think it would be a bootleg mate, but things I look out for are, if it has the booklet, barcode, check the quality of the back and front cover, look at the disk and compare it to other cds you’ll know if that’s a bootleg mate. I think that’s the original cover mate. But I’ve just checked mine and mine feels the same, I think every MMLP booklet was printed on matte paper feel, so yeah I’d say it’s legit if that’s the only thing you are doubting. Every copy of my mmlp feels like that
