In the full video, he asks questions of the witness which only need a yes / no / i dont know answer, and the guy goes on for minutes talking abut completely tangental topics, with the judge letting him go. Bruh, he asked if this was a copy of the letter you stuck on her door, not what your inner monolog was when your spouse asked you to write a letter to her employer.

I agree with Mike and the Judge. I thought lawyers only asked questions that they knew how they where going to answer.

Lol oh man… if only Aristotle were alive to behold such a thing- this guy is the exact antithesis of
    *”reason, free from passion”* !
My DUDE!!! With what you’re trying (quite blatantly👀) to do, it’s not the *court* keeping you from doing what you want to do, it’s the damn *law* !!!

This was a great post Mike & your comments were your usual sensational.
You really were absolutely great today & it's no wonder we all respect & admire you as much as we do.

Wow, this lawyer is an idiot. He must never spend any real time in court. The lawyer is so demanding and is so contemptuous. If the judge doesn't drop the hammer on this lawyer...he really should, and save his client from their own attorney. Someone call a wambulance for this attorney. 😅

Judge sounds out of line. He needs to allow the attorneys to do their job. Let the other lawyer fight her own argument.

I learned this attorney is a large toddler who throws a tantrum when he doesn't get to have his way. 😂

So.... what was going on is the defense attorney felt he could just say anything he wanted as long as he did it in opening?? Seems that would be a crazy free for all.
