To survive and thrive as a profitable trader,it is crucial to identify static liquidity on the chart else you’ll be encountering more losses on your trades simply because you can’t cut your losses short
It is essential to spot a liquidity sweep pattern that occurs before high price reaches your point of interest. If you can identify the specific zones in the market where large pool of money is resting, such as stop losses, buy or sell orders,Then you can prevent catastrophic losses.
When a trader gets stopped out of a position, the market absorbs the funds associated with that stop loss. Which is very common in modern day trading
