Epoxy flooring can be considered as option? I have flat in which builder fitted vertified tile which I want to replace. Can I do epoxy flooring , will it cost effective compared to tiles?
Hello, Can satin finish be applied in bathing area of elderly’s washroom as it is slightly slippery in comparison to matt tiles because of it’s appearance, kindly suggest.
I would suggest check 8x4feet tiles first by good companies like simpolo, quotone, nexon as they are non porus and looks stunning. If price is not an concern then look exclusively for non porus marbles as the life is going to be really really long and re polish can be done just if it is porus then chances of soaking the external spills in kitchen.. or if there is dogs and small kids then they might urinate and if not cleaned frequently can create spots. I hope this message is clear and you can take your decision now. 👍

Look for well-known brands, high-quality materials (e.g., porcelain or natural stone), a smooth and durable finish, and a substantial warranty, typically indicating premium tiles.
