#11: Small lathe DC motor drive installation

At last it is time to install the drive assembly and see the motor run. In this video I bore the two toothed pulleys to correct size taking care since the bores as provided were not concentric with the rims.

Next video I hope to start work on mounting the chuck.
Motor specification: 150W 24v dc brushed, ZY 6812.
Speed controller: PWM reversible 60A.
Power supply: 240v to 5v/12v/24v DC 400W.
