I had the same Red Victor which I buy in 2002 and drove 54000 kms until 2008. I also had starting problem with this bike and engine noise was very high. Rest it was very good.

I have Victor GLX 125 cc bike and it reaches even 110 km per hour speed.
Also I have driven 110 cc TVS Victor and it reaches speed of 100 .
