A Newbie Builds: Metcalfe Industrial Unit Build

- Okay, I think this takes the crown of the quickest Metcalfe building to put together, at around thirty minutes, and that's not to say that it isn't a good model, just that it's simply designed to what it needs to be!
However that is offset by the fact that you'll most likely be wanting to build more than one of these, so keeping it simple is quite ideal really when you want to recreate an industrial estate!

I bought a hard stock paper train station from etsy. It was a very simple, no cutting needed. I suppose it turned out ok, it cost 10$ US. James makes this look so easy.
I have seen a few card kits on Etsy, might have a go at some of them when I find one which really catches my interest!
And I'm just use to building things heh, I'm somewhat like my mother, though she prefers puzzles, card kits are pretty much the same to me.
Nice build, maybe they should startdoing a range of modern buildings.
The older ones were good too but sometimes you just need stuff a bit more modern 😄
Cheers very much, and I have seen the odd few modern kits, but yeah do think the majority of their range is older items, after I've worked through the kits I've already bought I'll see about doing some more modern kits in their range!
I was thinking about getting one of these. I will now. Perhaps 2 or 3 to make a good industrial scene. Great vid. Thanks James. Simon. 😀
Cheers very much, and I would recommend them, nice little build, and even with three of them they shouldn't take too long!
Nice little building James 👍
Thank you very much, tis a nice little building!
Nice job👍
Cheers very much!
