Using Dazzle's Shadow Wave to Set up Aggressive Lane Plays

Shadow Wave allows Dazzle to nuke enemies, heal himself/allies, lvl up his allies/himself, deny lvls to enemies, push the creep wave, buff up his lane creeps (with weave), and has a relatively low cooldown at lvl 1 (12 sec). This makes shadow wave one of the best early game spells to control the lane and make aggressive plays.
