I think what I did for the car chase was use Heat Eye (slow down time) liberally, and aim for the center of the circles around the enemies instead of their heads, as that will stun them and reset their attack timer.
I like how they all kinda have their own groups in 2v2s as well like Chibi and Ray is team Raybies, Matt and Ray is team AHWOL, Chibi and Matt are the Inflation Sensations, that's kinda sick
