    Reina's mindset is the best: basically you're taking what you consider a flaw such as big boned, and turn it into an asset like working out, gaining more muscles. Not only that's it's healthier physically, it's healthier mentally.
    I sorta understand what you mean by Japanese standard: I moved from Canada to Japan, and I had to do a health check for work. Everything was "not bad but you could" either lose weight or workout more. And also subscribed ;)

    How tall are you two anyway? Like you said, it's a matter of perspective - for so long I was self-conscious about being skinny but as time went on and I attended university and various jobs... I realized there were tons of people in the same position, or worse. I work with a lad who looks like he'd snap in half when faced with a strong wind, and he doesn't care about how skinny he is either. 😂
