Killing animals for survival is not rare. Just go to high altitude places or go islands where there is only water for 100 kilometres. There are many such places on earth and people daily eat non veg food there. And let consider on more question. Should we not kill all carnivorous animals ??? Because carnivorous animals are killing so many innocent animals for food. Just think what wrong a mouse has done that snake kills him. I also asked them about their castes, some of them are Brahmins, many of them are Rajputs and Vesh. And 90% of them eat all kinds of meat being discreet about it from their families back in India. They are fond of beef burgers, mutton chops, chicken and fish fillets and almost everything. The remaining 10% don't restrain from it due to religion, but rather they aren't fond of it, just like I am not fond of lentils. I don't know why Hindus in India are so sensitive about it. One of my Hindu class fellows told me that a majority of the South Indian Hindus regularly eat cow and buffalo meat.

Killing animals for survival is not rare. Just go to high altitude places or go islands where there is only water for 100 kilometres. There are many such places on earth and people daily eat non veg food there.

Mutton biryani banane ke liye recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Basmati rice (soaked for 30 minutes)
- 500g mutton or meat of your choice
- 3 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons biryani masala
- 1/4 cup ghee or cooking oil
- Whole spices (2-inch cinnamon stick, 4 green cardamom pods, 4 cloves)
- Fresh coriander and mint leaves (a handful, chopped)
- Saffron strands soaked in 2 tablespoons warm milk (optional)
- Fried onions for garnish (optional)
- Salt to taste
Steps:
1. Rinse and soak 2 cups of Basmati rice for 30 minutes. Cook it partially in 4 cups of water with the whole spices until 70% done. Drain excess water.
2. Marinate 500g of meat with 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons biryani masala, 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. In a separate pan, heat 1/4 cup ghee or oil. Sauté thinly sliced onions until golden brown.
4. Add chopped tomatoes to the onions. Cook until tomatoes are softened, then add the marinated meat. Cook until the meat is partially done.
5. Layer the partially cooked rice over the meat. Add a drizzle of ghee, saffron-infused milk, chopped fresh herbs, and fried onions if using.
6. Cover the pot with a tight lid and cook on low heat (dum) for about 20-25 minutes, allowing the rice and meat to cook completely and flavors to meld.
Adjust the spice levels and salt according to your taste. Serve hot with raita or a side salad.

I am a Pakistani Muslim student in Germany. I have many Hindu hostel mates here. They are from almost all over India, from Jammu, from Gujarat, Mahrashtra, and Dehli, also from Bihar. I also asked them about their castes, some of them are Brahmins, many of them are Rajputs and Vesh. And 90% of them eat all kinds of meat being discreet about it from their families back in India. They are fond of beef burgers, mutton chops, chicken and fish fillets and almost everything. The remaining 10% don't restrain from it due to religion, but rather they aren't fond of it, just like I am not fond of lentils. I don't know why Hindus in India are so sensitive about it. One of my Hindu class fellows told me that a majority of the South Indian Hindus regularly eat cow and buffalo meat.
