Thanks for showing us how to use and place square drills. You make it look easy. I'm nervous about doing a square painting. I do own a few. But I am still new to diamond painting so most of my ### kits are rounds.

Thank you, Kim, for a very informative video. I've actually been diamond painting for a little over a year and you are the only one I've seen to show how to use the glue dot in the pen. Oh, there have been some that said they use them but don't provide a "how to" in their video. I have an entire drawer full of those little glue dot rollers as I am a scrapbooker and have been using "snot dots" and "snot rollers" for over 20 years. Who knew?? As for the light pad, I only have a small one but I love it! And I wear magnifying "readers" over my contact lenses that help also. My eyes never get tired but my neck sure does, lol.
Hi Desert Mermaid, I’m so glad this video was helpful. 🙏🏼💕 let me know what you think about the glue dots! If they’re too strong at first, just rub it on you hand. Honestly, I rub it on my head. I know sounds weird. But the oils from my scalp help keep it from being too sticky. After a few times, it gets just right 💕💕

I love your channel! I have learned so much! I use the gorilla mounting putty and glue dots after seeing a video you did awhile back. I love them both! I too am left-handed and work from right to left. When I work the other way, I can't see the drills and I am always straightening. So frustrating. Your videos rock. Please keep on showing us your tips and tricks! Ty!

Yes! I found that issue as well! My drills would be too far away from the row, because I couldn’t get them flush up against each other. Great minds think a like! 🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰

Loved this video. Your natural nails are so pretty. Have you ever tried Color Street Nails? Their not nails but color strips that last about 2 weeks without chipping. You may like it better than the glue on nails you tried. Come in all kinds of colors and designs.
Hi Wendy! Thank you! I’ve been using stickers. One with UV light and one without. But if they stay on for 3 weeks plus, which they can, my nails dry out. I’m thinking about trying UV light polish. 💕

You did a great job explaining what and how you do this. I think it is wonderful how it works to keep it all straight. I prefer confetti to blocking because it just makes the painting amazing. I was doing checkerboard and that is enjoyable too. I am new to multi placing. haven’t been doing it long and you are absolutely correct in saying it takes practice and the more you do it, the easier and better it becomes. Great video.
Hi Maria! Thank you! I did the same when I started. It took months before I tried multiplacing. I started with rounds. Then moved on from there. It takes time. But once you get comfortable, there’s no going back lol 😂

Need to restart my painting as none of them ade stdaight as it was my first squa4esbbut i hzvent even finished one row so not much to redo as the background is lot of colourblocking too.
Rather restart now when not done too much than when I've nearly finished the painting.
