X & Y THEORY OF MOTIVATION (தமிழில்)

In 1960, D McGregor had coined a theory called X & Y theory of management, He also published the same as a book called Human side of Enterprise. In that, he had proposed two contradictory theories called theory x and theory y. He published the same after observing plenty of HR managers and Admins. This is a popular business theory, we had explained the same in Tamil. The theory talks about the styles of managers. The authoritarian type of Manager is called Theory X managers. Participative managers are called Theory Y Managers. The theory X managers act like a Military General. Theory Y will act like a cooperative friend with staff and get the work done.
