Great to see the other warbands, and thanks for the kind words regarding my Flemish. Definitely a missed opportunity to use a GBP DAW for my Wagon, maybe something to rectify soon! The background is just a piece of 3'x2' plywood painted up with craft acrylics which I use for photos or as backdrop during games. The reason for a painting and not a photo is that photos are too realistic and detailed, so would distract from the warband or game, since you want to minis to be the focal point.
