@@SuperDannyrulez New update made fishing more accessible , no need to buy beginner rods , you have one by default just hold the quote button (") and select the fishing icon to fish without a rod equipped.
@@santiagofantoni2643 I figured it out. You already have a basic fishing rod in the top left there’s a combat stance and you can change to fishing stance and you have a built in fishing rod. Once you level up your fishing you can get a better rod.

It's a hassle for beginners to start fishing, on the market it's too expensive and inaccessible when you're starting out in the game. Be careful, Albelin only gives the thick rod which is not available at my level of fishing for beginners. what is the solution thank you.
@@consciencelibre4223 you may fish without a rod by holding the quote key (") then selecting the fishing rod icon. That should be good enough to level up your fishing until you can use better rods.
