I like the floor to ceiling windows and the ceilings seem high enough, but the kitchen is claustrophobic. And theres something generic and pedestrian, by North American standards, to how the units are staged, which is also applicable to the building, complete with a Russian name. Kirov? Ew. I dont see anything Kirov-ish about this building. Above all, I wish there was something Pinoy about the interiors to remind the residents they are in the glorious tropical climate of the Philippines instead of inundated with a poor imitation of North American luxe.

If you are trying to go after the foreign business market, you’ll want to hire spokespeople who can say “array” and other English words properly. Well written script but… The heavy accent detracts from the upmarket feel you’re trying to convey.

They really staged this cheaply, compared with Shang and others.
