Sir, I have a doubt in my mind related to structure "Been". We have to always use it when we write or speak any sentence withour doer ?
i.g= अपने अपना काम पूरा कर लिया हैं।
(How should we creat this sentence? With been or without?)
But in this sentence the doer is 'you' this is active voice sentence you can translate it like_
HAVE YOU COMPLETED YOUR WORK?
if the question is like..
KAAM KIYA JA RAHA HAI.. then in this type of sentence we can't find the doer or subject [means don't know who is doing the work] so this one is in passive voice.. We can translate it like... THE WORK IS BEING DONE.

If you want to say k kaam pura kr liya gya hai then here you must use passive voice like Work has been completed by you. If you are asking a question the sentence will be,Has work been completed by you?

I've read somewhere that the passive of causative verb 'make' is 'made to'.
As in,
Active--- They were making me understand.
Passive--- I was being *made to* understand.
Is this correct or am I at fault here? Please take note of this.
You are absolutely right. We can in fact make both ways: "I am being made understand" as well as "I am being made to understand"...

Aditya Sir, Being your subscriber for more than 5 yr from now and having possessed almost all your books as well as an aspirant teacher of English of any competitive level exam, I do not go in line with your proposition when it comes to using "Look" as a main verb in ing form as Look is a stative verb and as a stative verb, it is never used in ing form of verb as a main verb, just like seem, appear. From my vantage point, (He looks tired) is correct one rather than (He is looking tired.) But, when look is used as an object of any preposition i.e Gerund or any present participle (non- finite verb) it can be used in (ing) form of verb. I have been learning a lot from you for more than five and a half year and will be learning from you till the last breadth of my life.
