These videos are so awesome, I like the rawness of them instead of a bunch of edited musical garbage. Thanks for sharing this, I wish I would have chose a different path in life
I'm so happy that you appreciate the rawness of my videos. I'm not brave with the musics :-) also in this job is not everything amazing or fantastic like that, bud I'm just trying to show the good things of my path. I wish you the best! Cheers
I only recently found out about the amazing profession of saturation diving so I've browsing TH-cam for relevant videos. This channel stands out, in my opinion it's by far the best saturation diver channel in all of TH-cam. It doesn't have 3 minutes long videos with random editing, it doesn't have silly music in the background, it doesn't have narration by people who have got nothing to do with the profession. It's just raw footage of a breathtaking experience and makes you feel as if you're there (well, almost!). Excellent stuff.
E' sempre bello vedere che noi italiani non siamo secondi a nessuno in queste attività specifiche, complimenti ragazzi, io facendo solo pesca subacquea posso immaginare le condizioni di lavoro a cui siete sempre sottoposti, eroici.
When I first heard the one guy singing in one of your videos I thought of Lou Monte, the little mouse song. My grandfather was full blooded Italian and LOVED Lou Monte. You guys are awesome, great videos
Cool guys. I was planning this career when I was 16 but you have to have a very strong character tough but rewarding work. Respect. But I do dive all year in Denmark at 67 so doing my best. Temp 0c coldest Hugs to you hard working lads
Happy Birthday!! I didn't notice any water heating on your suits! At a depth of 100 meters, the water temperature is +5 +7 degrees Celsius. In our northern latitudes, the water temperature at such a depth can correspond to from minus two to +2 degrees Celsius. We have not worked without a water heating system in our suits ..
Thanks Timofey! We work with a hot water in our suit, that is pumped from the vessel until the Bell and by-passed to our umbilical. Is this way is comfortable to stay until 6 hours in the water. :-D www.commercialdivingsupplies.com/product/northern-diver-hot-water-suit/
@@charlesmoura226 Thank you Charles for your answer. I know what you are talking about. This was my question. Our diving suits had regulators for adjusting the flow of hot water inside the suit. I didn’t notice the regulator on your suit, so this is why I asked about the heating. We even had a separate tube for hand warming into our gloves, and despite this, after several hours of working under water, our hands froze to numbness ..
Just recently got into welding and want to gain my experience to be able to get the opportunity to do something like this Saturation diving is a dream job for me
You should go to commercial diving school asap if you want to be a saturation diver. A lot of dive experience and training is needed and if you know how to wield good then that will help but you’ll also need to learn and get certifications in a lot more things then wielding I’ll be going to commercial diving school in 2 months I’ll be gettin a wielding certification as well as a bunch others while I’m there
Same I’m in a welding ctc in high school and I got this gear and one more year left so I’m going to try and get my money up after high school with welding do go to diving school and try to get into the field of saturation diving while I’m working and the money is coming in I want to invest a lot back into real estate so I have more money coming in when I’m done
There is no known direct effect of pressure on the sense of taste. While changes in pressure can affect the body in various ways, it is unlikely to have a direct impact on the taste buds and their function. However, I can say from my personal experience that everything we eat inside the hyperbaric chamber tastes way worse... The food at home is always better! :-D
Grazie mille! :-) No...
