Hd28 is a great guitar, but that compressed and yet silky tone is all in your fingers.. bravo!!
I've owned my HD28 around 10 years now. Honestly, it's a great guitar, but a bit too thick for me. I find the bass a bit overwhelming. I think I should have gone with maybe a D35 or standard D28.
