You make it look so easy. Just bought that same machine and still struggling it just to make the expresso. Guess once I figured it out will try your art. Thanks
You need to dial in and see. If you are not getting pressure at grind size 1, then you can change the inner bur setting to low. Before that ensure your beans are fresh
Nice video Aju 👍🏻. How was the coffee, did leaving them unsealed make a big difference to the taste. Great coffee art. I have been trying for some time but no way close to what you are able to produce.
Thank you Sarju. The coffee was tasty. Some beans are coated to last longer, the freshness. It takes time to do latte art. But you should pickup soon in a month at least the heart art.
@@AjusCafe I'm a bit late to the party, but what I do after I've opened a new bag of coffee is, use a medium size resealable freezer bag. I usually purchase 30 of these in a box from Asda. When I've opened the coffee bag, I place the rest of the beans in the resealable bag, expel as much air as possible and seal it tight. This insures the coffee stays fresher for long periods of time.
I have to say that some beans are very dark roasted and burned .... I had to throw like 150-200g from 1kg bag away. Some are light roasted as well ....so it's a scam for me.

What ratio are you using for those ? Thanks.
Hello, what should be the internal gear setting of the machine while making this coffee? And what should we set to the setting on the side?

Stumbled in your channel today😄
How long did you froth the milk?
Usually 130 - 140 F. I use my palm to measure the temperature.
Enjoyed your video Aju
Is it better than the Super Crema for cappuccino?
They taste very close.

Do you know where you got the coffee cups?
You can get it off wayfair.ca. But they don't have the 2 oz cups in stock. Look for "Ebern designs glassware"
At this point, if/when the BBE died would you replace it or stick with your newer machine only?
Your videos are very informative. It's great if you could do a video about water hardness and water filter/treatment for the Breville machine?
Ok I'll look into that
I’m ready for new background music, or none. I don’t know why but that sort of strumming rhythm in the music around 1:00 stresses me out.
Ok Stan. Noted 🙂👍
@@AjusCafe maybe it’s because I’ve been binge watching your videos :)
@@Stan_sprinkle that must be right...

That's strange. Very few beans maybe over done or under done. Usually they are all uniform.
Be wary of the counterfeit Lavazza Crema E Aroma bags. Here's a video on how to spot them: th-cam.com/video/r8kMU69dBgM/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared
