@@superraygun8006 I agree, which is why I find the vlogs interesting. But I doubt she goes on these foodie trips frequently (i.e., she is not having this much food all the time). Ultimately, there is no magical solution to calories-in, calories-out.
my face never bloats, smaller face so I look slimmer🤣I gain weight once in a while, but occasionally watching what u eat + exercising helps me maintain

Next to this spa is a nice cafe called Babyccino which has good coffee & brunch. They have very nice ambience and masseurs. AND there's also a good onsen place called PANPURI Wellness in Gaysorn Tower since you seem to visit Central World often. Very clean and has many types of hot springs. Highly recc! :)
