RECIPE - MERINGUE LOLLIPOP

Make your own beautiful meringue lollipops with this recipe ! An easy DIY for children

. Egg whites : 3
. White granulated sugar : 200 gr
. Lemon juice
. Food colorant

[Recipe - for 7 persons]
In a bowl, whipe up the egg whites. Add the sugar and lemon juice and keep on whiping. Take a pastry bag and make nice color stripes with a brush in the plastic bag. On a baking sheet, make nice whirls. Let it cook in the oven for 1 hour at 90°C and another 1 hour at 80°C then let it cool for a few hours.
