i think retail shareholders are jumping ship on Mma because Thorney (as a major shareholder) is going to take Cyan's offer and so shareholders are nervous that other institutional investors will do the same therefore there is no chance for the price to rise beyond $2.70 due to the lack of vocal support. Crap management , should be a vote of no confidence.
