Thanks for the review, RaeRae! I get similar results from the Mielle Pomegranate Honey Twisting Soufflé. Like you, I used the leave in too-and ended up having to wash my hair sooner than planned. What I found with trial and error, my hair, which is like yours just doesn’t like the Mielle stylers. BUT my hair loves the Mielle Babassu shampoo and the Pomegranate leave in. That combo makes for a heavenly pre-poo!
Do you think it might be the souffle? Everyone seems to love the leave in. I also hated the Carol's daughter's coco creme (my hair felt wax-y and was dry).
I definitely think it was the souffle that ruined this twist out. I've used the leave-in before with other things and it worked well. If you don't like the Coco Creme, then you probably will not like the souffle. My hair was waxy and looked very dry with this souffle. I definitely think the souffle is too heavy for my hair in a twist out state. Thanks for watching!
It’s definitely the soufflé. I tried it without the leave in and still felt that coated feeling. I gave it away lol. I twist with the leave in, an oil, and the custard. Comes out great!

For the most part, I use something different every wash day because I do videos. If I was not doing videos, I would probably stick to the same thing as long as it was working. The problem with a large stash is not knowing what to use....I usually base it on what my hair needs at the time and what kind of style I'm trying to achieve. Thanks for the questions. I think your hair is pretty but yes I have seen better twist out results on your hair. I don't know what it is about that twisting cream, but every time I use it my hair flakes. Now it could be user error on my part BC I can be a little heavy handed. Next time I use it I'll try to use a little bit. TFS ❤
