U got to unlock both of their friendships to the max finish the story mode and talk to the robot next to fu and pick the last mission called hero of history do tht a few times and u would be good thts how I did it

It's essentially a rage boost on top of potential unleashed. Gohan gets incredible power from his emotions. I think it's because he is a hybrid or something. I guess all races can get a rage boost on top of potential unleashed so it kinda makes sense.
