In these weeks on Animax, Japanese channel, they are repeating Maison Ikkoku (but digitally remastered). I'm watching it after 27 years since the last time..and I keep melting, in front of the story, the romantic plot and the ending theme....Rumiko Takahashi for the manga and Akemi Takada for the character design of the anime did an incredible job but the musics are just able to touch your heart..and it's unlikely of me to say this, as I'm a pretty rational guy..

Io invece ogni volta che la sento mi ricorda la mia infanzia, quando trasmettevano il cartone su supertre e io aspettavo con ansia che arrivassero le 9 di sera per vederlo. La canzone (e anche i disegni del video) mi fanno pensare troppo alle notti in primavera, quando l'aria è piacevole e tu guardi le stelle dalla finestra della tua camera con un stato d'animo misto tra spensieratezza e malinconia.

Riesco ancora oggi a vedere quella bambina, forse troppo sognatrice, che rimaneva incollata alla televisione per fuggire dalla realtà, troppo ostica per lei, tant'è che è rimasta una bambina incompresa. Riesco a vederla nel suo salotto, perché non aveva una camera sua, che sognava guardando questo cartone. Potessi dirti qualcosa, ti direi "non avere paura".
