Holy crap. It took me like 12 hours to get through this game.
This is probably the game to inspire the NES World in Yume Nikki
Kimba you have to avenge me, I say Simba, hahaha hahaha hahaha
The high pitched NES music reminds me of Shadowgate and Uninvited, but it's unintentionally creepier than them.
It's the same composer!
OMG. The frog, the slug, and the hydra in a staredown. The Sannin Trio. Was not expecting the dragon quick kill though.
The legend of link killing a ghost lion
The music sounds a lot like The Uninvited's. Not the melodies but the sounds.
Music style reminds me of Shadowgate.
Kemco also did the port for Shadowgate, so it's possible it could be the same composer

Didn't think another game would be so similar to Dragon Quest. But the character portrait thing in battle is weird.
