Company founder Albert J. Amatuzio developed several synthetic motor oil formulations throughout the mid-to-late 1960s. He was commercially selling synthetic motor oil by 1968. In 1972, AMSOIL 10W-40 Synthetic Motor Oil became the world's first synthetic motor oil to meet American Petroleum Institute requirements,[1] which prompted the company to adopt "The First in Synthetics®" as its tagline. The company introduced several other synthetic lubricants that represented industry firsts throughout the 1970s and early 1980s.[2] It distributes products in North America via a network of independent dealers following a direct-marketing business model.

Should I use Pro Line Engine Flush on a Porsche 718 s with only 44k miles? My mechanic said no, because it's more for older cars with more deposits, etc. What do you think? Also, is there anyway this would do any damage to any of the seals or gaskets? Also, if I use the Flush, will it strip the Ceratec I have in there and need to replace it with more Ceratec? I put Ceratec in there less than 2,500 miles and less than a year ago. Per FCP Euro video, I was thinking of going with MOS2 twice then Ceratec again. What do you think? Thanks.
For at least 10 years and changing oil / filter every 5000 miles . I have used Liqui-Moly engine flush . My oil never comes out black , but golden color that I can see through as it drains . I definitely believe the reason is because of this Liqui-Moly !
@@pinkhead6857890 are you reading what I said? If you are abusing the engine, like taking your car to a track, or like I already said if you have it modified pushing more power.
It can be very dangerous to use oil additive. I will tell you the truth. In the normal oil, there is an additive package that has been carefully put together by experts after a lot of research. When you add an oil additive, it can often destroy the oil additive that is in the normal oil so it does not work so well. And the two oil additives can start to work against each other and become unstable. This can damage your engine. Too much of a good thing can quickly become a bad thing. But what's the difference between the engine flush, the engine flush plus, and the pro line engine flush?????

Can combine them..,!?
Cera tec can you add this 1 month after you have done an oil change?
Yea sure why not, but i would personally prefer to add engine oil and ceratec fresh together
Does't the engine oil do all these functions you said the MOS2 does?
She’s so beautiful! PS can you add any of those addictives to Liqui moly molygen 5w 40?
Can you use liqui moly oils saver for automatic cars?
I'm confused why this product isn't already mixed into there oils on the shelf?
Because you dont need all of that extra additive BS if you just change your oil regularly
Because Amsoil is Superior
@@brentevans4430 You mean that Warren motor oil with the fancy label?

If I am using ceratec and use the flush with every oil change at 5-10k do I need to reuse ceratec or is it still good for 30k
I love liquid molly.

Do you know any engine dead by oil quality ?
Q ? Please 😊
What will happen if I use engine flush for 30 minutes ? Does it clean more?
No, never do this again... It's recommended for only 10 minutes
Maximum 15 minutes after that may be oil becomes like water
I've used them all. Expensive and didn't do spat...
tests have been done and they do work. At least the engine flush. People also have religiously used the Ceratec and it has kept their engine clean.

What, nobody is using STP anymore, I’ve used oil additives but only in my race engines which requires a specific for my application.
Is this the same stuff as prolong? Can you run the motor with out oil after since it soaks in?
"LIQUI MOLY MoS2 6% BRASS FRICTION TEST" result 7,5mm Deep Friction. That's a lot of wear.
100% of automakers don't recommend oil additive. So just change your oil and keep your injectors clean.
Funny a video is made but no response to questions
Like engines don't already last 250K+ with generic 15w-40 changed at regular 5000 mile intervals.......
This is if you are beating on your engine constantly or it's modified for more power.

Just BS unnecessary thing
Engine oil additives are scam. Just use a good motor oil. $22 at Walmart Mobil 1 0w40 has more moly in it then liqui moly…. Lol
they actually work for lifter tick, no matter what oil I used my Porsche had lifter tick until I used additives.
If you use an oil additive you are using the wrong oil. I'll stick with the first in synthetics. Amsoil
