I've got a '56 Masco ME-27 getting converted right now in a fellow youtubers shop here in the UK.
This is the sound I'm looking for, harmonics on top of the drive!.

I took one of the 100 watt versions and put a deluxe tone stack init and man you talk about nice. good treble. good bass good volume.
