Wow love it most especially with Ginger yum😋 Everytime l made Tinola l include Lemongrass as well and also Basel, l grew up with that kind of dish soup so yummy
Excellent choice. Tinola is always good. BUT did you add crushed and slightly browned garlic? It's always better with garlic and black pepper. PLUS, try adding more cabbage to it. It's gonna be very good. :)
Masarap ang tinola native manok lagyan mo ng madami gulay papaya at dahon ng sili at luya masarap kumain yan pagalamig ang panahon here in Philippines it so very hot weather everyday it looks like you are in the sauna bath 🥵 i lke country Russia
In lieu of chayote, unripe papaya may be used. But since they're quite difficult to find at where you're at, the squash/pumpkin is a good choice. Pepper leaves or moringa leaves or spinach is added in the end, but you can always use alternatives like cabbage if none. However, the chicken must be sautéed not just in onion, but also in garlic and lots of ginger, too. Ginger is what defines tinola's characteristic taste. Bon appetit. Well done, Katya.
We are thrilled with this soup . My husband finished the soup today - again praised it and said "how delicious" yes, garlic added . I understand about the ginger, thanks ♥️🫶🫂
Thats yummy and healthy Katya ❤thank you for adopting our ways of cooking I’ know it’s yummy I miss them,I will them soon too.I feel hungry while you are having your soup now😋♥️

Hi! Kate. Keep on blogging in just a minute flashing more viewers. Just have a good content not just like cooking but emphasize also the beauty of your country, the beauty of your family and the beauty of nature. How about Moscow? I don't see anyone doing blog in Moscow. I would like to see the place I think it's beautiful too.
Moscow is far from us, I haven't been there. I don't like big cities with lots of people. I go where there is a lot of nature and silence ♥️ I will definitely take a picture of my city Vyborg and St. Petersburg, it is close to us. 🫂

English Comment: Ginger makes your voice better, that's why Filipinos sing great, that's the secret, Ginger. You can also make Tea with Ginger, it's called Salabat in Filipino. Good job on cooking Tinola, if you put a tablespoon of fish sauce in there, it will make it tastier. Makes the dish much better in my opinion.

use unripe green papaya and not the "ripe" orange one.
It's pumpkin. We have papayas. 😔
