I felt completely shaken and heartbroken when i witnessed that scene in my mind
I bawled my eyes out at that scene. I honestly felt so disgusted by the people so disgusted by that piece of sh*t white clothed calamity. I honestly just wanted to kidnap Lian and take him somewhere where people could never see him ever again. I'm sure hua cheng felt the same. He probably wanted to smash that trash can's face onto that sword. Never in my life have I read a scene like that. I seriously cried so hard 😢

I'm crying so much while reading the lyrics. Please, please, I am begging for them to use this song for the Donghua .It's the most perfect song for TGCF. This sounds just like Hua Cheng, his love, his devotion, his pain and his heartache. The singer's voice is beautiful, and the lyricist who adapted fthe original song is genius. Glad to have found this masterpiece. It is what TGCF and Hualian deserve. *sobs harder*

Even Mei nian Qing left junwu because it's a logic, but there are points why huacheng still stay. Xie Lian didn't do something beyond his ability or you can say based on imagination and pure feeling. He help but only around his ability. Jun wu did what he thinks was right by an impossible imagination. Something u can't be so sure would work. Xie Lian did fall into frustration but it was because he still a normal person all along
Okay so I’m still reading the novel and no where even near half way but I just read about small Hua Cheng rather starve to death than not eating the fruits on the table in the shrine and omfg I cried. I legit cried. I cant believe even such a small scene can make me cry. I am honestly scared how emotional and how much I will sob during this novel when the big parts come up.

everytime I remember the scene where Xie Lian was tied up and stabbed by people countless times, I can't imagine myself in Hua Cheng’s shoes- I mean, the trauma he must’ve felt watching his love whilst being unable to do anything was truly unbearable. When I remember it I can't help but curse Bai Wuxiang each time.
after months that passed since I read the novel, I have to say this was the first song that made me break down and cry over them again. I'm glad that I was able to feel the pain that both of them went through, and cry for them. Hua Cheng and Xie Lian will forever have a space in my heart that touched me in a cetain way, but through devotion and perseverance respectively. they've both been through so much.
