      Everything went so well. Thank you. The doctors continuously complimented the idea of the music. Everyone had a great vibe. Little Lucretcia Euphemia McCliman Fields was born 8lb 14.5oz. 20 inches long. Her father cried so much when she was born. It was truly a great experience worth waiting for. Let me add that I was VERY happy to have an epidural lol.

    It's blissful to listen to in the background, e.g. while studying or to relieve tiredness. The 211 dislikes were probably people who dozed off, I used to hate classical and mediation music but it has a pleasant subconscious effect.

    This is so nice, I was in the Metaphysics . This is like another form of life. Different types of the universe completely free from your own life, this is a good idea for what you and your body, mind, and soul needs.

    there are no thoughts but a connection, its an overwhelming one, points you upwards and paints visual illustrations of energy, it numbs you with happiness, the cloud is still, the rain is still, the thunder is quiet. It is peaceful and joyful, makes you ashamed of all your past, a past that always cried, for attention, for nonsense, a past to put behind.

      Nanda, not to get all Anthony Robbins on yuh or anything, but if every one of us on this thread had exactly 5 years left to live, and we knew it, how much more we would enjoy these types of sounds. Good sound is just good energy. And how unimportant Facebook, and Video games, sick movies, and emailing and the more static/non-spiritual things become, the older and older we get. I think if I knew I had 5 years left, Id want to spend more time enjoying and "connecting' than reading and hitting keyboards. I believe even more than survival, maybe more or equal to love, connection to someone or some thing or energy is the one thing we all find out too late we cant live without. Sadly many of us go total opposite and run to India or Ashrams and try to meditate our life away to get out of all this density until we realize go broke or realize we never started our path.. But we need that too. Enjoy.

      Natella, I would too. And even better, imagine if every person in every country was offered an incentive to do it? Good or bad. In Prison or in Church. Kind or evil. If we could get a tipping point, maybe the world really could change. All it would take is a few men with money and commitment to try something never done before............

      I encourage you to do it by all means. The standard "job titles" we offer people in todays society do not work anymore. Everyone is nurturing a secret dream to work from home or at least on a laptop from somewhere so they can move their energy out of that "cubicle mentality." I feel suffocated in an office setting after so many years. Have you ever thought of taking and then maybe teaching Aikido, the martial art that teaches blending and harmonizing with your attacker. We must also deal with the bad as well as spreading the good, imho. Good luck whatever your path......

      That's exactly the reason why I quit my job about a year ago. I'm an artist by nature and being stuck in the office environment doing useless job and conforming to someone thought right standards was killing me. I feel you. This year has been tough financially, but I do not regret my decision. And as soon as have means for volunteering, I'm going to do it. I love the idea of teaching kids the martial arts. A lot of people think that it's about being able to defend themselves, but I think it is much deeper than that. Harmonizing with both evil and good, finding balance - this is basically essential to every human being, not just kids. Thank you for your kind words and may you also find peace and harmony in your job!

      imarchello Hi! :)
      Yes, I'm sure it will be useful to you and actually to any person even if his / her life is perfect and he / she is satisfied with life. Comparing my concentration and emotional state when I practice meditation and when I do not, I'm much calmer when I do. I can handle any situation easily, not looking at it as a problem, and actually not being judgmental about anything, not labeling everything around with 'good' or bad'. I can find creative solutions when something goes not the way I expected it to go and when I make a decision I feel confident about it because I listen to my intuition and I know that everything is right.
      Also, when I have peace inside me, I seem to attract much less stressful situations or negative people around me.
      The feelings that you mention are very well known to me and trying to remain calm when there is storm and chaos around takes a lot of patience and courage.
      Tips: start small - try meditating for 3 minutes for the first time and then add a minute each day till the time you feel comfortable, usually it's 20 mins.
      Do not expect miraculous results right away or every time you're going to meditate. I had wonderful experiences like feeling of levitation and out of body feeling, feeling of oneness with everything around. I also have days when my head is running with different thoughts and concerns and I feel restless, but in the end even these 'not so good' meditations bring something good with them - like I might get a clue on what is really bothering me below the surface. For example, you might fear a conversation with a certain person, but it really doesn't have anything to do with that person, you might fear it because of something that happened in the past or other sub-conscious childhood fears you might forgot about by now. It helps to find out what is really holding you back and then deal with it.
      I could go on and on about benefits of meditation, so if you have any other questions, I'll be glad to answer them :)

    I use this to continue to learn how to channel my chakra. It is extremely helpful. I learned how to do it a long time ago but thos helps to focus. I've healed people with my gift and I want to learn how to refine it even further.

    I have a stressful job and got very sick because of stress. Then to recover, I did a lot of things to counteract it. 1. I became proactive about life and developed a very good attitude about it, which starts with being grateful for what you have, every little thing. 2. Look inside and ask yourself what motivates you, the reason for which you are living. Knowing that will make you stronger. 3. Do things to counteract the stress: journal, listen to music that makes you happy, watch happy or funny movies, read a book about someone who had problems and resolved them, dance, paint or do something creative. I started to knit and that reduced the stress too. 4. Go to a yoga retreat and learn how to mediate and do yoga. I joined a yoga studio today and plan to go often. Yoga helps relieve your stress. I did all these things and I'm doing well. Pick yourself up and make yourself healthy. Life is about the choices you make. You can do it!

    I was trying to get some work done when I put this on. I was soon distracted by it and found myself concentrating on my breathing and remembering that I have all the components in my life to be truly happy. Then the thought occurred to me that I had it backwards and the distraction was actually the work. Thanks for the reminder ..
