how does someone get upgraded belts? Do you need to 'qualify' as such? Do certain moves/submissions etc?
sorry im clueless with all this. I'd love to have the bottle to go to a gym but im 29 now, unfit and think the whole "leave ego outside" is a myth. ive been to boxing and few people judge others
