  • So what do I do all day. For the last few months, I was on the couch to rest, sleep hoping it would make things better, that I would get less tired. That had absolutely no effect. I am searching for a way now to get as much energy as possible...

It's encouraging that you're out cycling. I enjoyed that before diagnosed. Have you tried the Terry Wahls Protocol? Also, wearing a helmet would be a good idea. You don't want to fall off your bike and suffer head injury. ✌️

Hey Chris. I know Terry wahls and I am changing the way I eat step by step. I am reading her books and after corona I am visiting a friend who knows everything about the wahls protocol and is using it for a long time. I also just started acupuncture and there is also a lot of interesting knowledge to be found there. The fact that I don't always wear a helmet is because I suffer Uhthoff's Phenomenon. The fact that I see very badly when I do exercise because my body heats up. But you're right, I have to find a open helmet and wear it. How are you doing?

@@hsvdfjhGDSFJHSGDFKJH I'm doing ok Sir. I'm hoping to make some improvements this year. I have a lot to not just learn plus implement. I was diagnosed last fall. I'm in an interesting place mentally and more. I'm like a new man, someone whose body has betrayed. I've changed indeed. One reason I appreciated your video is because I before going through changes regularly enjoyed biking. Pre MS and fully healthy I feel off a bike on to concrete. Amazingly, I didn't get hurt. I didn't wear a helmet then, but began to shortly after. Seems you're getting along well. Any suggestions on how to cope? Meantime, Stay💪

@@chriswilliams7824 Hey Chris, I'll keep you posted in following episodes over what can help. But you must rest when you really feel you need it, but not to much to. It is a very fine balance you have to find and am still searching, but getting closer. Keep your spirit up, and keep being active without taking it to far. And keep talking to people who really understand what it is like to live with MS. I find that really helpful ! Cheers brother and talk to you soon !

@@hsvdfjhGDSFJHSGDFKJH Thanks for the suggestions. Rest indeed is important. It's somewhat overrated when the get up and go is limited and change of scenery is limited. Finding the right balance is important for sure. Plus, a good night's sleep is so rewarding. I may soon have some info from a naturopathic healer who managed/"cured"his MS. I'll keep you posted. Meantime, live safe and well.
