Beautiful plants po! Fave ko yung pink santan 😊 Coming from a plant mom to 200+ houseplants, a few tips lang po:
🍃 for the succulent (Echeveria sp.), if possible, mag-drill po ng drainage holes sa pot at haluan po ng rice hull (ipa ng palay) or pumice (nabibili po online or sa garden stores) ang soil para maiwasan ang root rot. If possible, pwede rin po kayo gumamit ng soilless potting mix (nabibili rin po sa Shopee) para maiwasan yung bulate (super relate ako sa takot diyan hdjsjsk) at masigurado na walang unwanted organisms ang makakaapekto sa halaman niyo. Dahil po wala pang drainage ang pot ninyo, diligan lang po nang kaunti only if nagiging medyo wrinkled na yung bottom leaves. Otherwise, best to leave it alone po. Also best to put it right next to a sunny window or keep it outside para ma-maintain yung "flower" shape. You will know if kulang siya sa light if nag-eextend yung gitna ng plant (etiolation). Kung may nalaglag naman po na leaves, ipatong lang sa lupa at tutubo rin yan ng maliit na echeveria. Same thing din po for the soil sa bromeliad, kailangan mas buhaghag yung soil niya dahil mababaw lang ang root system niya.
🍃 for the Philodendron Selloum (now Thaumatophyllum Bipinnatifidum), aka yung 'Bali plant' na minention niyo, careful din po sa overwatering. Dahil may pebbles sa taas, mas matagal mag dry-out ang halaman. Other than the "once a week" dilig, best pa rin po to check the soil yourself: put your finger 2 inches down into the soil to see if it still feels moist. Pag completely dry na po (walang soil sa daliri paglabas), only then do you water.
General rule of thumb din po: better to underwater than to overwater. Marami pong kumplikadong information when it comes to caring for and growing plants but at the end of the day the best care method is leaving them alone (responsibly).
Good luck caring for these babies! I suggest you name them po para mas masaya. I'll name my next plant Lloyd after you 😊

Kween, yung succulent mo is a "ROSE CABBAGE" family of echavaria(s), they need well draining medium (70% Pumice, 20% Carbonized Rice Hull, 10% Regular soil) or you can buy complete soilmix from MASITERA GARDEN (nasa shopee po sila) and light requirement is Shaded Area to Full sun pag stable na, water when the soil is completely dry... yan ginagawa ng anak ko sa mga CNS niya.. Yung ugat every time you're transferring a plant you have to massage it first. It need to breath. Also, yung succulent needs to be either separated or transferred to a bigger bowl. Years ago I've learned my lesson. Nakakaiyak man yung dialogue mo about being separated mas iiyak ka pag namatay yan. :D
Nandito ako ngayon kasi namiss kita Queen LC, alam ko hindi muna ito mababasa dahil nasa langit kana. pero gusto kong malaman mo na hanggang ngayon pinapanood ko pa rin mga vlog mo, inuulit-ulit ko panoorin lahat ng video mo sa TH-cam. Hi Lloyd. Please use gloves when gardening and handling soil. There are instances where people get bacterial and fungal infection after handling soil with bare hands, even after they wash their hands. We don't want that to happen to you, so please be careful next time. 😊😘❤️
You’re going to need a drainage pot along with the actual pot so that your plants won’t drown when you water it. The drainage pot is to keep your plants from sitting in water so it won’t mold and die. I learned my lesson

I love the idea of having plants in your home. Congrats on being a new plant-parent. The only advice id give is to always put plants in well-draining pots to prevent root-rot, bug infestations, and soggy soil. Good luck and congrats to your new home!

Nakakagaan ng Pakiramdam ung mga plants lalo sa loob ng bahay. Nung may pinagdadaanan akong mabigat this year and start ng Quarantine nakatulong ang Gardening. Start sa Kangkong Alugbatis at Kamatis. Ngayon may 2 Santan at inaantay ko na lang ung 🌷 mamulaklak. Aside sa kausapin, kantahan at kilitiin mo sila Lloyd every morning

Hi lloyd!, yung rose cabbage succulent 5:12 mo, mas maganda may proper drainage yung pot, and mas maganda ung soilmix na gagamitin sa kanya as beginner suggestion ko ay yung masitera soil mix, may nabibili nun sa shopee or lazada. then kpag irepot mo, need pa siya i-airdry ng 3-5days pagkatapos mo hugasan, at pagtanim mo 1 week mo dapat bago mo sya diligan. pwede mo po i-search si Ms Ken Ken De Lara madami po siyang uploads tungkol sa mga pagaalaga ng succulents/plants. sa kanya din ako natuto, newbie lang din ako sa pag-aalaga ng plants.

kuya Lloyd yung Rose cabbage sacullent mo. airdry muna for 3 days tanggalin lahat ng lupa hugasan din air dry po. yung soil is dapat 80%pumice and 20% carbonized rice. dpat po dry yung mixed soil bago ilagay then 7 days bago diligan..

Kuya lloyd medyo mali po yung pagtanim ng malunggay. Para madali pong magroots since from cuttings siya maiging pag hati- hatiin yung stem, mas shorter more chance of survival. Maigi din pong tanggalan ng dahon dahil makukuha ng leaves yung nutrients na for rooting ng halaman. Tas maigi din pong asa lugar siya na di nagagalaw.

Hello, I super recommend snake plants para sa bathrooms, peace lily and areca palm for bedroom or living room ang dami and ang ganda ng benefits nila plus super pretty kapag nag flower and low maintenance lang ang peace lily.
2:56 Siam Tulip (Curcuma alismatifolia) ang name 😘 kapag namatay I tabi lang yung bulb you can replant it parang luya hehe.. maganda yan madami magkakasama sa isang Pot.. feeling ko sobrang magugustuhan mo siya specially pag nag bloom na yung flowers tapos madami sa isang pot hehe.. 😘😘😘
Make sure there's a hole in your pots otherwise the water won't drain properly and may possibility namamatay ung plants.
Kuya, yang succulent mo ay echeveria imbricata aka rose cabbage. Once a week lng diligan kuya at wag ilipat ng ilipat baka po mastress. Kpg diligan mo kuya ay deep roots at wag i-allow na may tubig kuya, hipan mo using drinking straw.. Happy planting kuya! 🌱💚

Suggestion lang po:
1. sana yung plant box mo plastic nalang kasi yung wood nabubulok at nasisira pag na uulanan, sa weather natin madalas ang ulan.
2. Putulan nyo yung malunggay, mag tira lang kayo atleast 1.5 meters, yung ibang katawan ng malunggay pwede itusok sa soil para mabuhay din.
3. Make sure po may proper drainage yung mga pots.

Queen mother ung succulent kaylangan palitan ung soil niya kasi need na mabato ung meron pong nabibiling cactus and succulent soil mix para fast draining ung ung soil kasi pag normal na soil lang madali silang ma overwater... tapos po pag magdidilig po sa soil lang wag basain ung mismong plant tapos onti lang ang ididilig na tubig po. Hi Lloyd, get a water spray bottle and add tiny amount of washing up liquid to the water. Use that to spray the leaves of your houseplants including the succulent plant. It'll cleanse, hydrate the leaves, and the same time it'll put off the insects. Just do it once a week.

Yung snake plant every 3 weeks or once a month lang ang pag didilig di sya mahilig sa matubig... 😊
