Hurdy-gurdy all the way! It's so cool they actually used the instrument in the game with that band playing!

Hurdy-Gurdy is called Lira Korbowa (Crank Lyra) in Poland.

Very interesting. I would recommend you check south slavic instruments like gajde (same as gajdi but played more lively), drombulje, paljka, diple, goč, šargije, dvojnice, and of course gusle (not same as gusli) that are used for epic songs about heroes of the past.

Missing one of my favorite Slavic instruments, the bandura (Ukrainian: бандура). Plays like a zither with a bass attached.

Please stop promoting and mentioning Rings of Power, that series is an insult to the work of Tolkien

russians aren't Slavs, though they really want to think they are.

Not sure where you got that information, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus are all considered Eastern Slavic with some exceptions for Northern and Eastern Russian indigenous groups. The vast majority of the Russian population are Slavic in culture and genetic markers

@@galacticgardevoir9496 it's just a fact from many historians, even some of their own. But since they have mostly stolen history of Ukraine (that is much older than russia and not related to them at all) and tried to convince every one else that they are main and oldest slavic nation, it's not widely known information. Also it's depicted in the names of the cities, rivers etc, they're not Slavic. They are Finno-Urgic group that was mixed with the Slavs at some point. That's why they don't understand any Slavic language like Ukrainian, Belarusian, Polish, Czech. But we do. I know it sounds unusual, but that was just a propaganda for hundreds of years, because miserable empire wanted to be huge and important.

@@nibcat88 brother, i understand you riding that anti russian hate wave, and riding it high, but my god, if you truly believe all that anti scientific and honestly staight up absourd bullshit, which is like whatever, if it makes you feel better its totally your choice, but at least don't spread it publicly, cause not everyone s gonna make an effort to actually look up the real thing and just end up misinformed and miseducated and conrtibuting to the overall hate cycle, although maybe that is your goal here anyway, in which case...yeah..idk...whatever

@@nibcat88 Italians aren't Europeans, they just stole Greek history (That is much older than Italy and not related to them at all) and tried to convince everyone that they're the oldest European nation. They are just a group of Arabs that was mixed with Europeans. That's why they don't understand languages like Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Norwegian.
