I find that the houses featured in this channel are always well designed and properly staged. The fact that some kitchen items + major furnitures are included is definitely a plus. I hope that the channel would link down whoever the developers are and whoever the furniture makers are. A few downsides I always see in the houses featured is that they would always have just 1 car garage, and that the backyard will have a pool where ot shouldn't because the space feels a bit too cramped with it. Overall I love these houses and even the modern contemporary designs which she always features.

So, actually this property has 4 & 1/2 bath, that is including the powder room on the first floor, which is obviously intended for day-guests. One thing I love about it is how they design the bedroom closets, not too flashy but functional. The next question has gotta be....where do I sign?....lol....
