ap green card waly circuit me jo capacitor laga hai ic k pass baa wala us k opar voltages check karo. yaha par ac dc me convert ho k ati hai. phir 2 wire capacitor se lelo. negative direct battery ko laga dena or positive k sath diode laga dena. direction battery ke positive se fan ke taraf hogi diode ke. thanks.
