When I was 18 I was a drug dealer and addict who had no job or goals and below average a-levels. Im 24 now and a senior financial advisor who makes a good amount of money and got the physique of my dreams with an amazing woman in my life. It can get better if you just put a little amount of effort each day.

Abu Umamah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever recites the ‘verse of the Throne’ after every prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and entry into Paradise but his death.”

For the physical exercise part, you mentioned that doing something you love doesn't develop your AMCC, but let's say i like the gym but hate leg day, am i not i developing my AMCC by working on my legs?
