I agree with the bumble bee tattoo. The bee is so cute but the flowers fall flat. I think sometimes clients don't know that it's ok to participate with the process. I always do. After the tattoo is healed then look at it with a painterly eye. Chances are it will need a few little touches with a single needle and that's part of the process.
I hope that person with the "dragonfly" actually meant to get a damselfly, because that is what it is :). In other words, not a dragonfly
Are most imperfections able to be resolved with some retouching. And, should you bring things to your artist's attention and if so, how soon after you get the tattoo.
I have a question...can a client ask for numbing cream to be used?
