Please i need your help, am working on checking the performance of VOIP phones, i want to use real POE ip phone (yealink) not the cisco ip communicator soft phones... i am currently configuring using GNS3; using 2 routers: 1 for dhcp + the other for CME (sip server)... both connected to a switch which is connected to cloud(My Ethernet) and my ethernet is connectd to a catalyst 3360 POE switch... my IP phone dont seem to get ephone-dn number but can recieve ip address just as configured in the dhcp. is there any possiblity that am on the right track ? what do you suggest ?.... why do you need to use VirtualBox for Cisco Phone if both your original OS and the OS on your Box is Windows? Can't I use GNS3 and Cisco Phone on Windows together without VirtualBox?

ARE YOU USING THE GNS3 INSIDE UR VIRTUALBOX OR YOU USING NORMAL PC FOR GNS3?

might fire up another virtual 3660 ...much quieter than my real one ...my real one sounds like an A-380...
