5:36 that is so beautiful to see the Badlands. I love it. We was thinking of where to see the Bison in the park. But, they was near the Wall Drugs entrance.
We didn't know or pay attention to the dirt roads, until we got to those roads. We wanted to go back down to second half of the badlands. We had to go back to benfil visitor center to get to the other side.
3:35 big foot overlook beautiful area to see. But the homestead area is nice to see Bighorn sheep in the area. We saw Bighorn Rams (the males) near the entrance of the north side. But saw them in the early morning.
If you do not have the right tires for the dirt road, don't do it. It was a wise decision from you. But the badlands is beautiful to explore off road through. Done it a few times.
