"It's Magic" is no longer canon cH, but my head canon is that Alex caused a divergent timeline to occur through being actually able to cast magic (again, see "It's Magic"). Something bad happened to him in that process, and in this universe/timeline, the cH crew does not know of MtG, or it doesn't exist. Maybe the box of cursed dolls exists instead.

I've actually found winter to be the best time for ice cream. you're already cold, so your body isn't suffering constant temperature shifts as you eat, reducing the chances of brain freeze (though not eliminating, sadly), and you can take your time enjoying it because it's not a million degrees out, so it's not melting and either dripping all over your hand or becoming room temperature milk soup.
I hope they did too. Also, I'm kind of peeved. I was expecting some screaming or finding out if Beej got his favorite ice cream too. He was the only one who (in this skit was seen that) didn't get any.
I've just thought, they missed a trick when James put the bop-it back into the haunted doll head box. They could have made it look like something grabbed his arm.
So let me get this straight-- You wrote this entire episode making Cam and Alex look like petty doofuses for wanting to have ice cream on the job....so that you could have ice cream on the job.
So wait, is the box of cursed dolls the thing that binds Alex to this mortal coil, much like a lich's phylactery, or have the spirits threatened to kill Alex should their dolls be destroyed?
I totally forgot that Beej was actually there in the chroma suit the whole time and was surprised when he moved and briefly wondered how it was animated.
No joke. My speakers had their settings changed (happens after a Windows Update sometimes) and I didn't notice because I thought the audio problems were part of the gag.

One of my favourite running gags in cH is fictionalized LRR being a lot more schlocky/hacky in the type of content that they produce.

What we've learned from this episode:
1) cHverse LRR are still making sketches.
2) We really wish they weren't.
3) PUT A LID ON YOUR HAUNTED DOLL BOX.
3a. They did. The dolls ate it. And possessed their bop-it as punishment.

The *groan* "Ice cream headache?" "No" *groan* "No, ice cream headache" sequence is low key the best part of the whole episode.
It had a very British humour vibe. It was very well done.
