hi! well, all the other synth that you have used are top synth! the mx is an entry level.. if you want the same audio quality you need to buy Motif or Montage! ;)
between kross 2 88, mx88 and juno ds 88 would you say which one is better in 1. ease of menu navigation 2. sounds like strings, keys, accoustic instruments like flutes , guitars 3. key bed
@@sammyfrenkel yes, you need to connect external speaker to the main out of the synth. buy a pair of studio monitors (for example Adam T5v/T7v ) not to much pricy but with very good audio quality ;)
Already watch your demo, since you’ve tested both the mx88 and kross2 61, what are your recommendation for me.. ( looking for 61 keys) in my case i’m a newbie in keys and play in a band, want to use for live performance. Thanks and will be glad if you could give your recommendation sir.
Have you considered also juno ds? I prefer mx over the kross. But the choice is up to you! What kind of sounds you like the most?? Yamaha? Korg? Roland?
Do you know how to set layers assign to specific octave only? for ex: I am layering piano with a pad but I don't want my pad on the lower register...does this keyboard have that function?
I have this Keyboard , and i am very desappointed because only 2 Layers ! if I had known before I would not have bought, that said, he has very good sounds

2: very personal choice, but probably Yamaha Mx88 or Juno
3: keybed, Juno DS88

All three have not the best keybed in the world.. have you considered a second hand motif Es6? Or Fantom X6?

Yes for sure, you can create performance with up to 16 part with layer and split ;)

You can make up to 16 sound layers in performances

Yes, but this is an entry level synth... if you want better sound quality you need to look at Modx or Montage ;)
