Becky, YOU are a blessing to many, including this old man who can't hardly boil water. TYVM for your kind and patient advice and instructions. Before I watched this, I thought alfredo sauce was made by magic.

I love Alfredo sauce! I have been intimidated by it and resorted buying the bottled at grocery stores and have been very disappointed. I will have to try yours! Thank you for sharing and about the migraine triggers! I didn't know that about garlic.

Thank you for the recipe. I love your videos. I was curious if you respond to older videos and was curious about you talking about signs. Now that this video is from 2015, many other things have passed including other signs. The second hand man below the Pope was recently arrested and raids regarding their financials around a week ago. The victims of child abuse is horrible.
If you’re not comfortable talking about these things that’s okay, I understand. I figured I’d try just to ask about what’s going on four years later.
Honestly I haven’t been to church since I was a teen but listening to your advice and words from the Bible are uplifting. G-D bless you. Have a blessed day.

I was just watching a bunch of TH-cam videos about Italian food before I switched over to Hillbilly Kitchen. One was an Italian chef who also used two different cheeses. Besides Parmesan, he used an equal amount of Romano.
Also, I really empathize with you about migraines. My severe migraines started when I was 8 years old. The first time I went to the hospital for a migraine, it had lasted 11 days. The doctors kept telling me they would end one day, and sure enough, they stopped when I was 45. I am 63 now. I still get the occasional headache, but no where like the migraines I had almost daily. I'm gonna say a prayer for you that yours will end. God Bless you and yours.

I urge you, do try a touch of fresh ground nutmeg in that gravy it is like the bechamel sauce Italians use to make true Italian Mac & cheese...I use it for alfredo sometimes too . It isn't so that you really taste it a lot, but it tones the parmesan down.
I had one of those weird days the other day & I felt like I scribbled all over your wall here...If I could explain..anyway God bless!

    • @pokey5428

I find the parmesan is more likely to separate when reheating than the mozzarella. So adding mozzarella may prevent that from happening. I haven't tried doing a 1/2 and 1/2 yet.
