So, my experience was bad. Their customer service was terrible, and they will not respond.
However, I spoke with a few others about this on Instagram, and they were able to successfully return the item. Their experience was positive. I don't know what to say🙄😅

hello, my experience was bad. they do have refund/ exchange policy but customer service sucks. I am going to give it one more try and make a details video about it

I mentioned delivery time in the video. A few products arrived earlier than schedule. A couple things arrived little late ( 10-15 days) 🙄
But, dear, their customer service is slowwww slow. I was unable to return products that I did not like or did not fit me well.
I have ordered 3 clothes from newme, one of them were getting shipped internationally so it took 15 days. Rest came within 5 days
They dont exceed the date showed, although their size in some clothes are a bit off, i ordered a dress whose bust and waist were larger by one inch than my size but it was actually tight to wear. So i Reccomend buying a larger size

I got the dress
I hated it
And after the delivery status turned into "delivered"
I opted for the return option
And the next day the delivery guy came and picked up the dress
Took two days for it to get refunded!
Ig they refunded mine faster cause it was only one dress 😁

alright im gonna give out my opinion
the only valid thing in this video was the size issues and other than that NOTHING was the brand's fault, just because YOU dont feel comfortable with how ot looks on the bust, that doesn't have anything to do with the brand. it looks same as the picture and it is clearly for girlies who are comfortable with wearing that kind of stuff so instead of being petty, jus DONT order if you're not comfortable? "the quality could be better" please. the quality is already good, the material is breathable unlike some brands. and the reason why the color might look SLIGHTLY different which in my opinion shouldn't be a huge deal but just because you're making it one then let me tell you, lightning. its as simple as that? some fabrics look slightly different in different lightning and it is only normal but you decide to cry about it so be it.
